Where to put the firmware #16

I get errors compiling the firmware or sigrok-cli. But I can compile pulseview and I can download the firmware.

Unfortunately I can find any documentation anywhere online about precisely where I'm supposed to put that downloaded firmware.

I'm on MacOS Sierra, btw.

Actually. Nevermind. I never got the answer, but when I tried to install the firmware again using homebrew, it worked this time. So does pulseview. Thanks a lot for a great application.

Maybe I'll spend time on the sigrok cli and firmware building errors someday.
