Cannot issue brew upgrade command anymore #19

I am frequently updating and upgrading my homebrew...

But now it seems stuck - if i do the following : brew upgrade i get:

Updating Homebrew... ==> Auto-updated Homebrew! Updated 1 tap (caskroom/cask). No changes to formulae.

Error: Calling 'depends_on :python3' is disabled! Use 'depends_on "python"' instead. /usr/local/Homebrew/Library/Taps/rene-dev/homebrew-sigrok/libsigrokdecode.rb:12:in `' Please report this to the rene-dev/sigrok tap! Or, even better, submit a PR to fix it! If reporting this issue please do so at (not Homebrew/brew or Homebrew/core): https://github.com/rene-dev/homebrew-sigrok/issues

I have been googling and googling - and no solution found...

brew doctor gives the following:
