What is IC1 on the IRAMX board? #6

Hi Rene I could not find what IGBT IC you use. Cam you tell me?

Oh, just realised that IRAMX is also the name of a chip. Found the whole family of 7 IC on mouser, which one is it?

IRAMX16UP60B, it is now in the schematic.
