Lights in dcf77pi tui don't show up #37

The dst light does not show up one hour before the switch. But 16 is correctly received as 1.

The txcall light has a similar problem.

txcall works when forcing bit 15 to 1.

dst (16) works too when forced.

All three at the same time (not possible in real transmissions) works fine too.
