Add a Contributors Page #41

Once in a while we could add a Contributors-Page. Akron could be listed there too: https://github.com/reneeb/cpan2ebook/issues/27

No hurry, but a simple change that might motivate others to contribute.

I added a contributors section with af999309f4c8eda878b618609c4bd80917869f2b . I will add Akron later...
