Decoded file's name in incorrect encoding #3

It seems otrs-ConvertWinmailDat decoded filename in default encoding instead used in original winmail.dat.

In fact it used cp1252 or latin-1 encoding, but my winmail.dat filename encoding is cp1251 (cyrillic) so output is broken. screenshot
