Device: Increase nightlight movement detection coverage

As a user, I want nightlights to turn on when I move around anywhere but the bedroom at night so that I can walk safely in the dark.

Acceptance criteria

1. It's done when sensors can cover motion everywhere outside the bedroom.
2. It's done when soft, dim, non-blue lights are activated whenever movement is detected during night mode.
