Maintenance: Upgrade to Hass.io 0.63.x #30

As an admin, I want to be using the lastest Hass.io version so that my configuration is up to date.

Acceptance criteria

  1. It's done when Hass.io version is upgraded to 0.63.x.
  2. It's done when all configuration is ported to support the latest version.
  3. It's done when all custom components are ported to support the latest version.

Upgrade successful. GTFS custom component had to be modified based on updated source and yet unreported issue with offset handling.
