Tags with german umlauts cause crashes #101

Whenever I click on a tag link with german umlauts in it (ö, ä, ü) the app crashes. This happens both in the edit panel and the search panel.

Thanks for reporting this. Actually, also [[This with ümlaut]] also causes a crash. I think I know where this is coming from as I have fixed this in other places a while ago. Please be patient, I'll release a new version in the winter (probably Nov).
