Description: Show a loading spinner while fetching album data to improve user experience.

Tasks:

[ ] Design or select a loading spinner
[ ] Integrate the loading spinner into the frontend
[ ] Show the spinner while fetching data and hide it once data is loaded

Additional Notes: Ensure the spinner is visible and does not obstruct other UI elements.
