USBX DFU state does not switch properly #267

Issue

The DFU device enters into "dfuMANIFEST-WAIT-RESET" state after completing of data download.

Workaround

Change "bmAttributes" value in DFU descriptor from "0x0D" to "0x09".

This issue was fixed in FSP 4.4.0.
