Issue

The main oscillator (XTAL) was erroneously provided as a clock source option for CANFDCLK in RA6M5 projects. This option is not supported and has been removed, potentially causing incorrect CANFDCLK configuration.

Workaround

Reconfigure CANFDCLK as needed to achieve the desired speed.
