When debugging RA8 Family devices using Keil MDK v5.38a via J-Link, various Cortex-M85 registers will not be displayed correctly within the MDK Registers view.
This can be resolved by installing the two updated J-Link support DLLs from the attached ZIP file into MDK. See the readme file inside the ZIP file for more details.
