R_GPT module: error in compare match register definition

ISSUE: The definition of TIMER_COMPARE_MATCH_D end TIMER_COMPARE_MATCH_E are defined in wrong order

In r_timer_api.h are defined as:

{
    TIMER_COMPARE_MATCH_A = 0U,        ///< Compare match A value
    TIMER_COMPARE_MATCH_B = 1U,        ///< Compare match B value
    TIMER_COMPARE_MATCH_C = 2U,        ///< Compare match C value
    TIMER_COMPARE_MATCH_D = 3U,        ///< Compare match D value
    TIMER_COMPARE_MATCH_E = 4U,        ///< Compare match E value
    TIMER_COMPARE_MATCH_F = 5U,        ///< Compare match F value
    TIMER_COMPARE_MATCH_G = 6U,        ///< Compare match G value
    TIMER_COMPARE_MATCH_H = 7U,        ///< Compare match H value
} timer_compare_match_t;

but in the manual the registers are defined as

This issue is being internally tracked via FSPRA-3998.
