Cache modem (mmcli) results #23

When checking modem state/getting information "mmcli" is called several times in a row. Ideally the result is cached for a short time to reduce the repeated calls.

Maybe less of an improvement since calls are made with different arguments. Would need to cache several outputs. There are only 2..4 identical calls.

Not relevant for simple test application.
