Not working when using "base href" in Page

the generated Links on subpages are not working.

my (working) suggested solution:

• link = $( '' ).attr( 'href', '#' + name ).text( obj.text() );
• link = $( '' ).attr( 'href', window.location.pathname + '#' + name ).text( obj.text() );
