The RemoveModule deletes selected elements one by one not all at once #82

Describe the bug

This bug is causing that the selection changes while the elements are removed. This causes that some elements do not remove.

Expected behavior

The selection should not change while the elements are removed.

Clone on current selection does not remove incomming and outgoing connections.

This also affect the undo process.
