www.democracycouncil.org has no valid certificate, redirects to a dead page

have not looked for replacement (let me know is this project maintained - not sure is it useful to create issues/PRs)

Hi Mateusz!

Thank you for the input! Yes, even though we are currently not actively maintaining the list ourselves, I will gladly continue to review and merge PRs (and push to the website) - but it sometimes will take a while before I get to it. Suggestions on what to replace exactly, and which entries to simply delete, are really helpful.
