You link R4 to M2 in the traceability matrix, but R4 states that the input data must be valid and verified. M2 has no mention of verifying that the input data is correct. I'd suggest you either amend the services M2 provides to include verification that the data is correct, or add another verification module to provide these services. All M2 does right now is read the data and convert to the data structure.
