[ ] Display a list of staked validators and available validators in the wallet modal. (moved into separated task)
[x] The wallet modal, change wallet, and select wallet should all be combined into a single modal.
[x] Align the wallet modal with the top bar, as shown in the image below, and change the wallet button to a close button when the wallet is open.
