Load $ELIST as lower case in php then some of the .toLowerCase() can be removed
as $ELIST is already sorted arr.sort(); can be removed and sortEList is useless anyway

removed arr.sort() as serves no purpose but for aesthetics reasons kept the upper caseing in $ELIST
