可不可以支持一下外部网址图片的下载啊 #54

这个插件只能把图床的图片转为本地，好像对外部链接的图片没办法。因为我是用简悦标注的，所以图片都是外链，所以希望添加这个功能🥺。

不止有图床，只要能公开访问的，不需要特殊header头的都能下载
