Adapter Pattern Rollup

I think this repo could be interesting place to store various implementations of each design pattern discussed during each meeting. (They're are probably good examples online of this happening - but - who said we wouldn't learn anything by doing it ourselves?)

By crowd sourcing each pattern we could potentially have many specified languages...

TODO: (but not necessarily in this branch)

• [ ] Update design pattern root readme with some guidelines
  • Design implementation should ideally fit in a single source file? (may need to consider a folder of files?)
  • They should all follow the same pattern/design (if we're solving problem A - then each language solves problem A - only difference ends up being primarily syntax).

I agree. However would the best place to do this be in the Meetups repository, or should we create a new Design Patterns repository? Thoughts, @elskwid?

@staxmanade, @HMUDesign - since we're about to do our second pattern tonight, I think it might be a good time to revisit this. I like keeping it here (we can always move it later) and I quite like the layout that Jason proposed.
