UI/UX principles as it pertains to Responsive Web Design #65

I'd be interested in attending a topic that covers the basic principles of UI/UX design especially as they pertain to providing consistent user experience in Responsive Web Design.

Are there specific approaches, best practices, etc that help make a Website or Web application intuitively "feel" the same regardless of screen?

What recommended resources are out there for UI/UX theory?

Thank you, @WeHateNick. I remember looking at this document back when it was first launched (published?) and forgot about it. I wasn't a programmer at the time so it fell of my radar. Thank you for bringing it up!

There are also some projects for Bootstrap Material Design in case you're already familiar with Bootstrap.
