Testing / TDD #74

This topic suggestion is being moved into /dev/reno from Reno.js as it's more general in nature and crosses language and technology barriers.

The target date for this is August. Any volunteers? Could do two 40 min talks each in different languages. maybe rspec / capybara in ruby and some other testing framework :)

@staxmanade you interested in talking about JS testing? I wonder if we could get a panel of experts in testing frameworks from different languages.
