Incompatibility with ModMash #77

Hi, I found out that both mods Alien Loot and ModMash have their own alien ore, however they share alien plates. Problem is ModMash overrides alien plates receipt with his own alien ore which causes Alien Loot ore to be useless. It's not game breaking but it would be great if they shared ores as well.

The way I did it, was on modmash's side, but either mod can do it: adding a prefix to most of the items/recipes. It takes a bit of time the first time (I did mine with a global modname variable and modname.. all over the place so everything was renamed properly...
