Renovate does not run jobs on gitlab repos (stale?) #5

What Renovate type are you using? Renovate Gitlab App

Describe the bug It seem that renovate jobs are not run for all activated repos. Maybe they are marked stale (https://github.com/renovatebot/renovate/issues/3926)?

Did you see anything helpful in debug logs? No

Expected behavior Renovate jobs should run on all activated gitlab repos.

I found 4 repos listed in the DB, 3 are classifed as "onboarding" (scheduled daily) and 1 is "enabled". i.e. none stale. You should see jobs showing up - I put them all to the front of the queue too just now.
