Provide example repos/links to projects which use Renovate

I had a discussion with an user on Reddit regarding the documentation of Renovate and the learning curve for beginners.
The user suggested that the onboarding would be easier if there would be example repos for common scenarios. This has some merrit, as there are no "Demo" repositories so far.

These examples could be demos created by the Renovate community or repos of OSS projects which use Renovate. The links to this repos would be then added to the the docs.

I would like for us to have a specific "demo" repository with a hands-on getting started guide where users can fork it and follow the guide to experience Renovate. E.g. starting simply with onboarding but then showing:

• making config changes during onboarding and seeing the change
• making changes after, e.g. adding package rules and common features like labels, assignees, etc.

This should be part of our "official" documentation and maintained to stay accurate.

We now have a tutorial repository. Do we want to add a section to our docs with social proof and links to other repositories that use Renovate?

We already have social proofs about big companies using Renovate on our homepage: image matrix with logos.

I'll let the maintainers decide if we want to do more, or close the issue as done.
