Immediate disconnection on connection to motor #20

Getting the following in my logs when trying to do anything after the plugin's been running for a while:

2020-11-05T13:33:01.178Z AM43 Bedroom Rotation (02:1a:d5:3c:4e:4a): Device connected: 021ad53c4e4a

I'll probably have a look at the weekend at improving & porting over the "attempt to connect a few times" bit from my branch to see if that'll help - though re-attempting from within HomeKit isn't causing it to connect properly so I'm not too hopeful.

Might be something more drastic (a reinitialise somehow?) when it detects failing with immediate disconnections.

Please take a look at #16 , is this also happening when the motor is next to the RBP?
