Control Button in loading state does not prevent additional form submissions #190

Prerequisites

Version: "@rent_avail/controls": "0.2.19"
Operating system: Mac OSX
Bits: 64 bits

Step to reproduce (actual behavior)

Please see the video in the linked comment. When submitting a form, the "loading" button does not prevent additional form submissions from happening.

Expected behavior

When a form is submitting and the button is set to loading, the button should be disabled to that the form cannot be repeatedly submitted.
