What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. by selecting the "give support" option and clicking start

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? it should have
successfully started the server but it's happening so.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gitso v: 0.6 on windows 7 (64 bit ultimate)
Please provide any additional information below.
i have made this as an exceptional software in my firewall settings and also
gave it the port 5500 to work upon. but still its not able to start the server.
help ...
