Vehicle state half working

So the vehicle state only seems to work if a player does /relog and logs back into the character but if their actual game closes when they log out it will say they are in a vehicle when they log back in but when they select the character they are on foot and the car is gone.

this will only work if vehicle is not deleted by the game.
