how to start bot with start parameter #272

hello! its me again! i just wished to know how can i start my bot with start parameter like: telegram.me/examplebot?start=someStartUniqueCode and i expect from this start parameter to, for example, send a video to the user who started the bot with this parameter, i will be glad if you help! thanks!
