[Feature Request] End turn button for players

Checkbox option to enable players to end their turn like they can with the normal combat tracker. I like the mini tracker a lot, but it has meant that my players have had to add an end turn macro to their hot bar.

Players now have the rights to end their own turn (a setting is available to enable/disable) with version 1.6.0
