Upgrade to tokio 1.0 #51

tokio-1.0.0 was released on 23 Dec 2020 - can you please upgrade this create. Also can we use tokio-compat-02 = "0.2.0"?

I have no ways of testing this, I have no Apple devices and the company using this crate is long gone. I'd appreciate a pull request if some of you have Apple devices and can test it.
