build extensions in tiles cause tile.xml to be marked as invalid #114

Adding this to the tile.xml's section marks the tile as invalid.

i see this has been specifically added, solved by putting it in project's base dir/.mvn/extenions as per https://maven.apache.org/ref/3.6.3/maven-embedder/core-extensions.html
