Relocated PlatformWithOS/Makefile, to have it in default (top level) location, as expected by debian/rules
Adapted README.md in PlatformWithOS
Changed path and variable handling in the makefiles to use GNU standards
Added switch for init and systemd, as for example debian does use systemd or initd. The OS is therefore no suitable decision base.

this gives error: make: *\ No rule to make target 'rpi'. Stop.
