EchoLink | Two repeaters on one call #22

Since we have the 70cm PI2BOZ as PI2BOZ-R on echolink already, how will we get PI2BOZ 10m on echolink? Can it be something like PI2BOZ-R10? @ldogge will contact the eholink guys.

Prefixes likes -R1 are not possible / accepted. I mailed the EchoLink guys to ask for a solution today.

EchoLink says use the -L suffix. Thats a fix for now. We'll discuss it later on.
