Add warning if ATX power is off #297

Hi,

Would it be possible to add a warning when you want to do any operation on the printer (move, print file, heat...) if ATX power is off? It would be great to ask if you wish to turn it on. This could be implemented in Repetier Firmware or/and in Repetier Host.

Unrelated question: How should we submit bugs for the new Repetier Host 1.0 beta 1? (There is a bug with the fan on/off button which does not turn off the fan. You need to set the % to 0 to achive this.) I'm asking the question since the GitHub version has not been updated for a long time.

Intersting idea. Will think about it for the next version. Could add a autoenable atx feature for motor and temperature commands. No real need to bother the host with it, espevially since other servers would not recognice the hint and would be too late anyway.
