SD Card init fail #465

Hi Roland,

in actual version I have some troubles with init of SD card. It's not working and in previous versions (< Fix for Arduino 1.6.7) was everything fine. When I placed previous version of firmware back to the printer, SD card worked fine, without any troubles. I am using Arduino MEGA2560, RAMPS 1.4, RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller 128x64 with SD slot.
