Introduce support to sign BL30, BL31 and BL32 for the G12a family.

Also a refactoring could be done for amlsblk.c and amlcblk.c, but you put that in the TODO of the README and I do agree that this can be done in a future commit.

So besides the Makefile modificiation above, this looks good to me.
