Update Crimson to its newest version #259

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As the author Sebastian Kosch says on his website,
http://aldusleaf.org/0-crimson.html, the font used in the Webfont Directory is
somewhat outdated. It was included before major advancements (e.g., better
Kerning with iKern) were applied.

It would be great, if Crimson could be updated to its newest version.

Please provide any additional information below.
Crimson is as of now hosted on Github: https://github.com/skosch/Crimson

This old version of Crimson Text has a bug: italic lowercase "d" does not
render correctly when printing on commercial digital printers (for print on
demand). It prints a blob instead of "d". Have had this confirmed by several
different users of our PDF generating software, PressBooks.

Please update with the newest version, which can be found here:

Best,
Hugh McGuire.
