New webpage iteration #101

The new version is structured like this:

New header
New subheader
How it works section
Four testimonials (was six)
No more "built for techs" or "next level tech" because we covered that in "how it works"

We discussed leaving the previous text in, but it's pretty repetitive.

Changed "favourites" to "favorites" and changed the header to "Capture bugs" rather than "Record bugs"
