There have already been quite a few folks who have helped Replay to get where it is today who aren't currently part of the "team", people like George and Jolyon, others I'm probably forgetting!
It'd be great to have a way of acknowledging their work, as @jonbell-lot23 mentioned here. A humans.txt file would be a great way to start
