Adds a prompt to start recording when in Replay on non-mac platforms.

i'll add that it fades in after loading to help draw attention to it.

We should consider a further design where the demo doesn't actually load until after the page reloads. I know we can't tell when the page is being recorded, but we do at least know that no one on a non-Mac is going to end up on this page with a recorder going the first time. To consider for a later iteration.

If it were me I'd set a little cookie so on the first time someone is told

HI PRESS RECORD

And then when the page reloads, the cookie spots itself, and then can show the second bit:

MAKE SURE YOU'RE RECORDING, THEN CLICK THESE BACK TO THE FUTURE DUDES
