Rebuild Part Types control #124

Currently the management of part types is difficult as there are so many now. We need a better page layout for part types management, as well as a custom dropdown control (searchable) to replace the existing dropdown.

This will likely be done for the next release.

It would also be useful to have the possibility to search for parts by part type

Agreed - I'm going to add this to the search page as I'm surprised I didn't already add it, probably got overlooked.
