arm64 version #135

I'd like to install Binner on my Raspberry Pi running 64 bit Raspberry Pi OS but there's no arm64 version to download and setting up the OS to be able to run an armhf binary is a pain. Can we get an arm64 build?

You got it! I’ll add that to the build with the release of v2.3.2 which should be by Tuesday
