Exception on inventory page load related to bar code

I get the following 500 and stack trace on every inventory page:

The libgdiplus package is required in Ubuntu. I will update #16 with an update to the README.

It would probably be nice if this was more gracefully handled.

libgdiplus is no longer required as I rewrote all of the barcode handling that wasn't reliant on gdi. This is also related to printer support on unix platforms which is also now working via CUPS. I'll do a detailed installation/readme on the different platforms over the next 1-2 days.
