[Bug]: New Inventory Currency does not Default to Config #211

Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

When adding a new inventory item it would be good if the cost defaulted to the one in the configuration. Instead I have to change from USD to GBP every time.

Also, when adding a custom supplier there is no currency associated with the Cost field. After adding a new supplier it shows up as US$, then when you refresh the page it changes to show £ (GBP) - in my case.

Added in v2.6.0

Hi @replaysMike, doesn't look like this issue has been resolved. Still present in V2.6.0 (defaulting to US$)
