Feature Request: Revocation Reasons #52

I have been using BounCA for the past few days, and I think that it is amazing! Never have I seen anything like this before except in commercial products. Amazed that this is fully open-source.

I have been looking through the revocation features, and I think they are a little too basic.

  1. Allow certificates to be revoked for different reasons as seen in RFC 5280 5.3.1
  2. Allow certificates with the reason CertificateHold to be unrevoked

I think that these features would make a good addition to BounCA.
